CASE STUDY
Approximately one year ago, the home owners association that I am the Vice-President of contracted MBC Public Adjusters to advise us on an insurance claim that we had for wind and hail damage. Angel immediately scheduled a time to conduct a site visit in order to assess the situation. Upon completing the physical inspection, Angel provided us with a written report of his findings. In addition, he provided us with suggestions on how to proceed. He also provided step-by-step advice on what to expect at each interval of the process.
During the process, Angel provided us with effective communication at each interval. The end result, our community settled with the insurance company with a significantly less impact than originally anticipated. Originally each homeowner would have been responsible for approximately $12,300 or $1.4M for the entire community. MBC Public Adjusters helped in changing this to $3,800 per homeowner or $300,000 for the entire community. A significant difference from what was originally anticipated.
